C'sons catering will make sure your special event has not only the best food possible but will also make sure all of the other aspects of our event are taken care of to your satisfaction.  You can choose to have your event at C'sons or an off site location including Del'Avant.  (Just across the street from C'sons)

As with our daily menu, we will use only the freshest of ingredients available and will help you with what is available at the time of your event.  We will list below some suggestions that our chef's have come up with. Please understand that we can prepare many other items!

Continental Breakfast From $7.00 per person
Having a business meeting and want C'sons to set up a continental breakfast with fresh pastries and coffee service for you, give us a call.

 

Lunch

Sandwiches From $15.00 per person

  • Herb Chicken and Peppers with pepper-jack cheese on french baquette.
  • Lobster Salad on frest Croissant.
  • Vegetable Club on fresh baked Focaccia.

 

Salads From $15.00 per person

  • Mixed Greens with Poached Pears, walnuts and gorgonzola cheese and white basamic vinigrette.
  • Grilled Shrimp and Avocado Salad with Spinach and a Pink Grapefruit Dressing.
  • Smoked Salmon caesar with egg whites and egg yellow, black olives, red onions, diced tomatoes and a house made Caesar Dressing.

 

Entrees From $18.00 per person

  • Mediterranean Marinated Skirt Steak with sauteed mushrooms and peppers with a bourbon brown sauce.
  • Spinach and Artichoke stuffed Grilled Chicken with a artichoke and spinach cream cheese filling.
  • Seared Salmon over a stew of Black-eyed Peas and spinach in natural juices
  • Roasted Vegetable Provencal: Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Egg Plant, Red Onion, and Tomato.

 

Afternoon Break From $7.00 per person
C'sons also has fresh baked items including cannolis, cookies, and brownies hat can be served for an afternoon break for your business meetings.  Break set up can also include coffee and soft drinks.

Dinner From $25.00 per person

  • Grilled Salmon Steak with Tarragon Citrus Sauce.
  • Grilled Petites Filet with peppercorn sauce.  (Add Lump Crab Cake for $5.00)
  • Roasted Pork Loin with Roasted Root Vegetables.
  • Chicken Florentine with a combination of spinach, fega and parmesan, garlic and herbs with a fire roasted pepper sauce.

Dessert From $7.00 per person

  • Keylime Pie - tangy citrus custard with graham cracker crust.
  • Brownie Moose Torte- chocolate brownie topped with mocha moose and chocolate ganache
  • Fruit Turnover - C'sonal fruit baked in pastry topped with creme anglaise

In addition to the cost quoted above C'sons will charge Delivery, Gratuity, and Georgia Sales Tax, Minimum order apply.
